GEEL - Gospel Care

This form exists as a way of notifying the Geelong Staff Team of any person/s who may require particular care outside of the regular scope of Gospel Communities and Sunday Services.

This may include things like prayer and spiritual support from a staff member at City on a Hill, or a member of our Gospel Care team.

This type of care is NOT professional care (e.g. counselling, psychology), or general care (e.g. financial support, meals). However, please let us know in the description if this is something that may be needed.

This form may be filled out:

1) On someone's behalf when permission is granted; or

2) By an individual requesting care for themselves.
